Wicklewood’s Leek Bake (Gluten Free)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200c.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the leeks until soft, season well.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, add water and mix into a soft dough.
  4. Add the leeks and mix well.
  5. Place in a greased shallow ovenproof dish, and bake for 40-45 minutes.
  6. Slice and serve hot.
