Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven at 350.
  2. Cream shortening.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla.
  4. Sift together the dry ingredients.
  5. Add dry ingredients to the shortening mixture alternating with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredient drop by T on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake 15 minutes.
  7. Cool.
  8. Filling: Mix all the filling ingredients together.
  9. Spread a tsp (or a little more) on a cookie.
  10. Top with another cookie.
  11. Enjoy.
  12. Makes 2 dozen cookies.
