Whole Wheat Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cup of mix onto hot greased pan.
