Very filling, stick to your ribs, yet healthy! Tastes great with pure maple syrup! Add frozen fruit or fresh fruit for added flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups quick oats
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons honey
2 cups buttermilk
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Mix wet ingredients.
3. Mix all ingredients together.
4. Spoon 1/4 cup of mix onto hot greased pan.
