Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix liquids and fruit or nuts; add to dry mix, stirring lightly.
  3. Fill 6 greased muffin tins 1/2 full and bake 15 minutes at 425*.
