  1. Preheat oven to 350. coat a 9-by-13 inch baking with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl. beat peanut butter, sugar and honey in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer until well blended. Blend eggs and egg whites in a small bowl, add to peanut butter misture, along with oil and vanilla, beat until smooth. Add flour mixture and mix with a rubber spatula. Mix in oats, dried cranberries, walnuts and butterscotch chips. Scrape into baking dish.
  3. Bake until lightly brown 20-25 minutes. Let cool in pan and cut into bars.
