Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup light butter
  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/8 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In 1st bowl, stir flour, baking soda, and salt together and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine light butter, granulated sugar and golden brown sugar and beat with electric beater until fluffy.
  4. Next, Beat in egg with egg and sugar mixture.
  5. Then, beat in vanilla and milk.
  6. Slowly, beat in flour mixture.
  7. Add in chocolate chips and stir.
  8. Use a teaspoon to heap and drop mixture.
  9. Place approximately 1.5 inches apart.
  10. Lightly spray baking sheets with cooking spray.
  11. Bake cookies for 8 minutes.
  12. Enjoy!
