Ingredients:

  • 6 white peaches, peeled,pitted and cut lengthwise into thin wedges
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar

Directions:

  1. Place peaches in a large bowl.
  2. In a smaller bowl whisk together the wine and sugar until the sugar is totally dissolved.
  3. Pour dressing over peaches and chill for at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours before serving.
  4. Gently toss and serve.
