Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Hard boil 12 eggs.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Cut eggs in half, scoop out yokes and mix with both mayos and mustard, salt and pepper.
  4. Fill eggs with mixture. Lay yoke side down on a piece of cabbage. Lay on bed of shredded red cabbage.
  5. Use capers for eyes.
  6. Pimentos for ears.
  7. Bean sprouts for tail.
