Ingredients:

  • 140 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sherry
  • 8 g vanilla

Directions:

  1. Grate white chocolate.
  2. Add sugar, grated almond, lemon juice, cinnamon, sherry and vanilla.
  3. Mix together and leave for 1 hour in the fridge.
  4. Roll out between foil for about 1 cm thick.
  5. Form as you like.
  6. Leave for 6-7 hours and after bake for 3-4 minutes on 250°C.
