Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water (105of app.)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 12 cups flour (best for bread)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3 eggs (in a 4 cup. measure topped with warm water)
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Combine 1/2C.
  2. Warm water, 1Tsp sugar and yeast stir and let rise app.
  3. 10 min.
  4. In a large bowl combine flour, sugar and salt.
  5. Combine oil, egg mixture and yeast mixture, pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Knead until smooth.
  7. Let rest 5min.
  8. ,knead and place into a well oiled bowl.
  9. Let rise 6 – 7 hours, punch down and make into buns.
  10. Let rise overnight and bake in the morning.
