Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt
  2. In large bowl, beat the butter with the white and brown sugars until creamy
  3. In a small bowl beat together the eggs and grated orange peel
  4. Add to the butter/sugar mixture
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter/sugar mixture, one cup at a time, thoroughly combining after each addition
  6. Stir in the white chocolate morsels
  7. Drop by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart on the baking sheet
  8. Bake for 10 or 12 minutes
  9. Cool on wire rack
  10. NOTE: You can make smaller cookies or larger cookies. I find it quick and easy, to use an ice cream scoop, 1-3/4 inch diameter scoop with an easy trigger release. *Make sure the trigger release is easy*. Some scoops are hard to release.
  11. THESE ARE SO DELICIOUS!
