White Chocolate Cappuccino Raisin Bars

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. COMBINE butter and white baking pieces.
  2. HEAT just until melted. Remove.
  3. DISSOLVE coffee granules in 1 tablespoon water, stir into melted mixture with sugar, vanilla and eggs.
  4. COMBINE flour, baking powder and salt.
  5. ADD to mixture.
  6. STIR in raisins.
  7. SPREAD in a greased 13x9 inch pan.
  8. BAKE 30 minutes at 350 F or until set in middle. Cool.
  9. DRIZZLE with glaze.
  10. Glaze:
  11. COMBINE teaspoon instant coffee granules and 4 teaspoons water; stir to dissolve.
  12. MIX in cup sifted powered sugar.
