Ingredients:

  • 10 small or 5 large peppadew peppers , removed from brine
  • 1 tsp of reserved brine from peppers
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Combine the cream cheese, half of the feta cheese, half of the peppers, and all of the remaining ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add the rest of the feta cheese and the peppers.
  4. Pulse until chunky.
  5. Chill for 1 hour prior to serving.
