Feta Cheese and Garlic Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb feta
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/3 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce (optional)

Directions:

  1. Place feta in a bowl and mash well.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix together thoroughly or alternatively place all ingredients in a food processor and whirr on slow speed until smooth.
  3. Serve with crackers or slices of fresh country bread.
