Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp confectioners' sugar (or to taste)

Directions:

  1. Start with bowl and beaters cold!
  2. In a large bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks are just about to form.
  3. Beat in vanilla and sugar until stiff peaks form. Do not overbeat!
