Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325 Degrees F.
  2. Coat 14-cup glass pan with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk together egg yolks and flour.
  4. Stir in sour cream, ham, red pepper, chiles and fajita seasoning.
  5. Combine the two cheeses.
  6. Beat egg whites to stiff peaks.
  7. Fold egg whites into the two cheeses.
  8. Fold the cheese mixture into the egg mixture.
  9. Turn mixture into prepared pan.
  10. Bake for 50 minutes.
