Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Melt butter over low heat.
  2. Add flour and milk combined.
  3. Add cheese, tomatoes and beaten eggs.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cook until thick - serve on buttered toast.
