Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, oats, baking powder and cinnamon in small bowl and set aside.
  2. In larger bowl, combine eggs, milk, melted butter, and brown sugar. Fold in the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Depending on the size of waffle maker used, use 1/2 cup for each waffle. Serve with your favorite warmed syrup.
