Watermelon and Feta Cheese Summer Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp feta cheese

Directions:

  1. Chop the watermelon.
  2. Dice cucumbers.
  3. Blend the watermelon.
  4. Strain through a nylon mesh sieve to remove seeds.
  5. Add diced cucumber.
  6. Chill well until ready to serve.
  7. Pour chilled soup into cocktail glasses or glass bowls.
  8. Crumble feta cheese on top.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves.
  10. Bon Appétit!
