Wasabi Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp wasabi oil or 1 tbsp wasabi paste or 1 tbsp wasabi powder

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender and drain.
  2. Whip potatoes with butter, sour cream, dash of salt and wasabi oil, paste, or powder.
