Creamy Wasabi And Chive Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put potatoes in a large pan and cover with water. Add garlic.
  2. Bring to a boil and continue to boil for about 12-15 minutes, until fork tender.(this is assuming you've diced your potatoes into 1inch pieces, or so. Larger pieces will take longer :)
  3. Drain well then immediately put back in bowl(or the bowl of your stand mixer, if desired) and add the butter and wasabi sauce.
  4. Mash or mix well.
  5. Add milk as desired while mashing until desired consistency.
  6. Add chives and salt and pepper and mix well.
  7. Serve immediately.
