Warm Gingered Chicken with Crispy Greens

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, blend dressing, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, ginger and salt. Reserve 1/4 cup dressing mixture for grilling.
  2. Stir orange juice into remaining dressing mixture; reserve for greens.
  3. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with reserved 1/4 cup dressing mixture, 12 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once.
  4. In large bowl, toss lettuce with reserved orange juice mixture.
  5. To serve, arrange sliced chicken over greens, then top with oranges.
