Walleye With Pecan Butter Sauce----Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 (6 oz) fish fillets
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup pecans (chopped )

Directions:

  1. To cook fish;.
  2. Beat egg and milk together. Mix flour and spices. Dip fillets in egg mixture then flour mixture.Fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side,until golden brown.Serve with sauce on top of the fish.
  3. Sauce; Beat butter,lemon juice and a dash of salt together. Stir in pecans.
