Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add vinegar to the pan the steaks were cooked in or to a clean skillet over medium high heat. Cook, scraping the bottom in the case of the pan if steaks were cooked in it, until vinegar is almost all evaporated. Add cream and cook while stirring until reduce by about 1/2.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in the shallots and serve.
