Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp bourbon
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in remaining ingredients. Simmer until thickened, whisking often, about 3 minutes. Cool slightly.
