Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seed (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. For the vinaigrette, in a screw top jar, combine vinegar, sugar, oil, caraway seeds, mustard, salt and pepper. Cover: shake well. Pour over cole slaw, toss lightly and chill for 2-24 hours.
