Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine onions with butter, mushrooms and salt
  2. Simmer for 5 minutes in a medium size sauce pan.
  3. Add cream cheese.
  4. When melted, add flour and milk.
  5. Stir to heat and heat
  6. Turn into a 2 qt. greased casserole dish.
  7. Sprinkle with mixture of grated cheese and cracker crumbs.
  8. Bake in a hot 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
