Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a crockpot place everything ( except peas ) and
  2. Cover and cook low about 10 hours.
  3. Turn setting to high and thicken liquids with gravy flour,
  4. Stir in peas and cook 10 minutes longer.
  5. Serves 10.
  6. Add vegetables of choice to change the recipe if desired.
  7. Sometimes I throw in some fresh rosemary also
