Ingredients:

  • couple of soup packs
  • chilly optinal
  • 1ltr of beef stock
  • red lentials
  • 6 cups of water more if needed

Directions:

  1. In a large pot put in beef stock
  2. Cut up all the vegies and put in
  3. Chop chilly and put in
  4. Add the other water plus 1 and a half cups of red lentils
  5. Put on stove and cook till veggies are soft
  6. Remove the chilly unless you want it left in
  7. Use a potatoe masher on the rest of the vegies mash then up a bit.
  8. Leave it to cook for a bit longer then dish up and enjoy
  9. Nice with some crusty bread
