nice and warm for a cold wet day
Ingredients:
couple of soup packs
butternut pumpkin
chilly optinal
1ltr of beef stock
red lentials
6 cups of water more if needed
Directions:
1. in a large pot put in beef stock
2. cut up all the vegies and put in
3. chop chilly and put in
4. add the other water plus 1 and a half cups of red lentils
5. put on stove and cook till veggies are soft
6. remove the chilly unless you want it left in
7. use a potatoe masher on the rest of the vegies mash then up a bit.
8. leave it to cook for a bit longer then dish up and enjoy
9. nice with some crusty bread
