  1. Using a small iron skillet,heat bacon grease on med heat.
  2. Drain can greenbeans,pour in skillet.
  3. Place onions in center of skillet.
  4. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
  5. Cover with lid.
  6. Then simmer on low temp for about 10/15 minutes.
