Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potato's 1 hour 15 minutes.
  2. While Potatoes are cooking, cook bacon until it is cooked Completly until Very crispy.
  3. Drain bacon and save 2 tablespoons of the grease.
  4. Crumble bacon into small pieces.
  5. After potatoes are cooked, remove potato skins.
  6. Cut potatoes into pieces.
  7. Add milk.
  8. Add butter.
  9. Add salt.
  10. Add pepper.
  11. Add dried minced onions.
  12. Add crumbled bacon.
  13. Add bacon grease.
  14. Cook over low heat stirring constantly.
