Directions:

  1. Saute vegetables until onions are clear then add broth. Allow veggies to cook in broth until beans are slightly tender and add can of tomato paste (and tomatoes if using). Add tortellini and let boil until tender. Add seasons to taste and watch your kids eat their dinner!
