Ingredients:

  • bottom ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup light karo
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

  1. Have 3 Pie Crust ready,Chill.
  2. Blend ingredients for bottom in blender,cook all together until thick,stirring,about 5 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. Pour into 3 unbaked pie shells,allow about 1-1/4 cups per pie.
  5. Combine topping ingredients(like a cake batter),mix.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto the bottom layer,dividing evenly.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean about 45 to 55 minutes.
