Unusual Spinach Dip - in a Good Way!!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw spinach as directed on package, squeeze out any excess liquid. Set aside.
  2. In a food processor, combine cream cheese, sour cream and undrained artichoke hearts. Pulse until blended. Add drained peppers and Parmesan cheese, pulse until fairly smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Add cayenne pepper if using. Add spinach and pulse until blended.
  3. Transfer mixture to a microwave safe bowl, suitable for serving. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese if desired. Microwave on high for 7 minutes until heated through and bubbly. Stir, serve with crackers.
