Uncle Bill's Fresh Strawberries and Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine vanilla yogurt, cream cheese and orange marmalade in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
  2. Rinse and dry strawberries.
  3. Line a basket with the fresh mint leaves.
  4. Pour dip into a bowl and place in the center of the basket.
  5. Surround dip with fresh strawberries.
  6. Dip strawberries into the dip and enjoy.
  7. NOTE: If preferred, remove the hulls from the strawberries and discard.
  8. Place the strawberries into a large bowl.
  9. Pour dip over the berries and lightly mix to coat.
  10. Place a few mint leaves around the rim of the bowl.
