Ultimate Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Mix together brown sugar and butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  4. Add eggs and stir until blended.
  5. Stir in oats, flour and raisins.
  6. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2-inches apart.
  7. Bake 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from cookie sheet at once and cool on wire rack.
