Ultimate Banana Muffins!

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º.
  2. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
  3. Mash bananas and combine in a mixer bowl with sugar, eggs and melted butter. Blend well.
  4. Alternately blend in flour mixture and milk. Mix well.
  5. Gently stir in butterscotch chips.
  6. Pour into greased or paper-lined muffin tins.
  7. For extra sinfulness, sprinkle additional butterscotch chips on top!
  8. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes or until done.
