Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease a 10 x 15 jelly roll pan.
  3. In mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs.
  4. Add pumpkin and oil, mix well.
  5. Stir in the spices and the baking powder and soda.
  6. Add the flour and sugar and mix until well blended.
  7. Spread batter in jelly roll pan.
  8. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
  9. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
