Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry and drain sausage, breaking into small pieces.
  2. Spread sausage evenly over bottom of lightly greased 9x11 baking dish.
  3. Spread cheese evenly over sausage.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Mix together eggs, water, milk and gravy mix.
  6. Pour over sausage and cheese.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  8. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 325°, or until knife comes out clean.
  9. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  10. *Youmay adjust eggs to serve any number that you might need to serve your group.
