Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the coconut and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Spread onto a baking pan lined with a silicone baking mat (or spray the pan heavily with non-stick spray).
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.
  4. Remove and let cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Break apart and enjoy!
