Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients well.
  2. Drop by heaping tablespoonful onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  3. Shape into 2 inch rounds, making a depression in each center.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from paper at once.
  6. Cool and fill with your favorite flavored ice cream.
