Ingredients:

  • 4 lemon wedges
  • 1/2 cup mignonette sauce
  • 6 tbsp cucumber-horseradish relish

Directions:

  1. Cover a platter 1 inch deep with rock salt. Nestle oysters in rock salt, and garnish with lemon wedges. Serve with Mignonette Sauce and Cucumber-Horseradish Relish.
