Two Cheese Linguine

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook linguine according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet over low heat, melt butter.
  3. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
  4. Gradually stir in milk.
  5. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  6. Remove from the heat.
  7. Combine cheeses; toss with lemon juice.
  8. Add to the sauce; stir until cheese begins to melt.
  9. Drain linguine; add the cheese sauce and toss to coat.
