  1. Boil the Turkish lentils for 5 minutes with a piece of kombu seaweed (these are quick-cooking lentils), straining and processing.
  2. Apart saute onion and garlic finely chopped, added to processed lentils, chop the basil leaves and add along with the cumin.
  3. Add grated cheese, rolled oats, egg, mix the flour and water and add to the preparation of lentils.
  4. Salt, to form the balls and roll in the breaded.
  5. Cook in a little oil until golden brown, drain on paper towels.
