Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Into 1/2 cup light cream cheese, mix the bell peppers, and 3/4 cup packed small pieces of baby spinach leaves.
  2. Soften the tortillas in microwave for 10 seconds.
  3. Spread mixture on tortillas to edges. Pat down 1/3 cup more packed baby spinach on each tortilla. Divide and place in centers of tortillas: turkey, carrots, and grape tomatoes.
  4. Roll tortillas tightly. Cut each into six slices.
