Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. At same time as cooking stroganoff, cook noodles pot with water per directions on bag. Heat a large pan on medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter. Once melted, add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, until transparent. Melt remaining butter and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until brown. Add poultry seasoning.
  2. Add gravy to mushrooms and continue to cook for about a minute. Reduce heath to low and add sour cream. Mix thoroughly. Stir in cooked turkey.
  3. Serve over noodles.
