Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place turkey steaks on a board and flatten with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread each steak with tomato puree, then top with a few leaves of basil, a little crushed garlic and salt and pepper.
  3. Roll up firmly around the filling and secure with a cocktail pick.
  4. Brush with milk and sprinkle with flour to coat lightly.
  5. Place the spirals on a foil lined grill pan. Cook under a moderate heat grill for 15-20 minutes, turning them until thoroughly cooked.
  6. Serve hot, sliced.
