Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Add turkey.
  3. Add egg and spices.
  4. Mix and chop to desired consistency.
  5. Or.
  6. Mix all ingredients including the butter and chill.
  7. Form into patties and fry until cooked through.
